DEPOSIT POLICY
PLEASE READ — THIS KEEPS EVERYTHING FAIR
Deposits are how we hold space for you. Once a spot is booked, that time is yours — and can’t be given to someone else on short notice.
All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Here’s how it works:
- If you cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is forfeited.
- If you don’t show up, the deposit is forfeited.
- If you’re late, there’s a 30-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is canceled, considered a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited.
- Your deposit is for the specific project agreed upon at booking. If you later decide you want something completely different, that’s considered a cancellation unless the artist approves the new idea.
- If you ask to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
- If you ask to reschedule 48+ hours in advance but don’t lock in a new date at that time, it’s treated as a cancellation and a new deposit will be required.
- With proper notice (48+ hours), we’ll usually accommodate up to two reschedules. Any additional reschedules are at the artist’s discretion and may require a new deposit.
- Rates may change if a project is rescheduled multiple times or pushed out more than a year from the original booking.
- If you’re feeling sick or think you might need to reschedule, reach out as soon as you know. Please don’t wait until the day of your appointment.
